Mission Nuestra Senora de la Soledad - 1791 |

Mission Nuestra Senora de la Soledad was founded October 9th, 1791 by Father Fermin Lasuen and named Our Lade of Solitude. In 1797 the first church was completed and enlarged in 1805. The church collapsed in 1831 and was secularized in 1934. The mission was sold in 1846 and returned to the church in 1859. In 1963 the Padres wing was restored and a year later, the chapel was restored.
